Solid Whataburger, probably the best burger in Gulf Breeze. Management is very good, had a less than tasty sandwich (to me) that they replaced with something else for free. I declined the offer but they insisted on my satisfaction. Very nice folks.
I'm from Texas and have been to more Whataburger restaurants than most people due to being in different areas so often for work, and it's by far my favorite fast food so it pains me to give less than five stars. The two people I interacted with in the drive thru were tied for the most polite person I've ever dealt with and the food that I got was excellent as usual. The reason for the 3 stars is they didn't give me the two apple pies I ordered to go with my vanilla shake. This has happened to me before plenty of times, and I usually check the bag, but I didn't think of it this time because I was surprised at how nice they were.
The guy that brought me my food was super nice and treated us like royalty. When I ordered my food, I was 50 cents short and the cashier covered it, this was a truly excellent experience. 5 stars deserved.
Better than most fast food resturants, good selection of burgers and the chicken sandwhiches are also good. Your able to customize your burgers as well. If your hungry for fast food but want good service this is the place for you.
The best customer service I've ever had hands down.
Great food. Too bad customer service wasn't the same. Freezing cold in dinning was told there was nothing could be done about it. Wasn't even thanked for visiting by employees behind the counter on our way out. We were the only ones in the restaurant during our visit.
