If you are looking for ruinous pressing and terrible customer service, this should be your go to dry cleaners.
Asked to have tie cleaned and stains removed. Returned with stain still visible and same wrinkles as when I dropped it off. Also, when I arrived at 5:58pm to pick up my clothes, they had already locked the door and would not give my clothes back, even though the posted closing time was 6:00pm.
Doesn't deserve a one star. They ripped our comforter and the owner avoided our many attempts of communication with him. Months later we noticed two holes in a Tux jacket, still having the cleaner tags on it. Very costly to send anything there!
I have used their services a few times for my husband's work shirts and they have been consistently clean and well starched, not to mention completed on the day promised. We also just used their alterations service, and that was completed before expected. Overall very pleased with their services.
