I gave them three items and they only gave me my blouse and coat back and they lost my skirt even when we turned them in all together. Bad serves
I will never use this dry cleaners again and advise everyone not to use them as well. They knew when the drapes were done that they were
draperies and the drapes with plastic parts had all broken. The replacement cost of these drapes will be in excess of $10,000.00 I would have much preferred being told that Vick's could not dry clean the drapes because they had plastic parts or were too long. Now I have to replace most of the draperies in my condo.
I recently took draperies to Vick's dry cleaning. The drapes were to be ready April 28th. When I called because the drapes were not ready, I talked with a gentleman that told me the date on the ticket is not the date the drapes would be done which did not make sense to me. Don't put a date on the ticket then. The drapes were picked up a week later by a friend. I was charged $ 503.00 for the dry cleaning.
Bad customer service. Manager never available.
