Consistently great care for our two canines - Dr Renee is always patient and clear in explaining his diagnosis and great about offering treatment options. Highly recommmended.
Based on the reviews I read I brought my bird here. Big mistake. I truly got rotten service. Not only were the vet assistants and the vet himself extremely rude snotty and judgemental and strong opinionated. to the point you couldn't get two words in... It was extremely rushed service and didn't even take the time to thoroughly look over my pet. basically gave an educated guess as to what the problem was. The vet himself micheal rennie, wouldn't even get my bird out of the cage cause he was scared. refused to clip its wings because again was scared. It absolutely was ridiculous. I will be taking my business else where with someone more experience and a lot more personable. Beware... Hate to even give them 1 star.
Dr. Rennie is a wonderful vet. My dog has had 2 surgeries now here and I could not be happier with the outcome. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I would recommend anyone in the Gulf Breeze area looking for a new vet, to check out Parkway Animal.
Wonderful vets and techs. Everyone there is incredibly down to earth and compassionate. The vet that treated my kitten just called me to follow up on his treatment and inquire about how he was doing. These are little things but they mean a lot.
