This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with.
They never responded to any of my emails. Had to call 10 times until somebody would answer. It took two months for me to receive what I partially ordered. I got over charged for a trolling motor. I did not receive everything I ordered. I've called 8 times looking for a refund for the over charge of the trolling motor and the 3M adhesive I ordered. All I get is "I will have him call you." He never has.
DO NOT do business with them. You will regret it. It is a poorly ran business.
RIP-OFF, ordered and paid for marine paint. 40 days later half the order arrived. Called and ask for refund. Emailed and ask for refund. NO refund. RIP-OFF. Save time and money, go to WalMart, make it yourself , go to a second hand store but do not waste your money on these broke lairs. The troll on the phone makes excuses and act like they are legitimate.
I purchased a steering cable from USA boat store three weeks ago. The item has yet to ship and I don't think it ever will. They having been ignoring all my phone calls and emails. Anytime I was lucky enough to get their one customer service rep on the phone I was always told 'our warehouse is behind but you steering cable will be shipped later.' Eventually I asked for a refund and no refund was given. I do a majority of my shopping online and I can honestly say doing business with USA Boat store is the worst online shopping experience I have EVER had. I just hope I can get my money back. They also do business as PBS Boat store.
This place is a joke. Can't ever get ahold of anyone they have $125 of mine and I have yet to get the stuff I ordered
Sell your boat, give it away, put it in the yard with a sign that says FREE instead of dealing with the woman that sounds like a gangster on the phone.I was required to check a star before publishing to the web. there was no star with a minus before it. Notice no picture of store front in ad, now I know why. Closet with a phone. RIP-OFFF
