Took no less than 6 phone calls and 3 months to get them to come perform the work on our roof. On at least 4 occasions they said they "scheduled" the work and never showed up and never contacted us with an explanation. When you try to call them they use an answering service and can't get hold of anyone who can provide any information. We asked for the owner to call us which never happened. Saved a couple hundred dollars from the next lowest quote but not worth the aggravation.
Worst company, takes your money, delays install then never responds to leaking warranty issues a year later.
Do not use this company. I dont leave negative reviews lightly, i know the effect it can have on a company, so i am careful to only do so when the product or service is very poor. In this case it is both, they did shoddy repair work and refused to fix it, causing me to have to pay another company to come in and pay more money to have it fixed.
