Our mail is never delivered before 4 pm. The other day I watched our postman deliver our mail at 6pm. This to me is totally unacceptable. If you have mail going out especially around Christmas, you lose a day. I also get other people's mail and one time my letter going out sat in the mailbox for 2 days because it was not seen. Another time the carrier did not deliver my package because it was too inconvenient for her. It was raining and she didn't want to walk to our front porch. I had to call and pick it up myself. For the price we pay for postage you think we could get better service.
I cant even give them one star because they cant seem to deliver my packages to the correct address. Waiting on one that was delivered to the wrong address my by mail carrier called the post office at 9 this morning and Bonnie the lady answering the phones said she would get in touch with the carrier and see where my package is, well by 3 I haven't heard anything from them so I called back and Bonnie answered the phone again and I gave her my name and she I said I told you I would call you back very rudely. I am very upset with the level of customer service they have shown. I am sorry to inconvenience you with my mail that I have ordered and paid for but now because of your mail carrier my daughters present that says was delivered on the 13th and its now the 21st has not arrived. How would you like it if it was you, you probably wouldn't so try showing a little bit more compassion on something that is the mail carriers fault. Thank You!

I have called multiple times and never get an answer. Finally someone picked up and was very rude. I needed a simple question answered and before being able to ask the question was interrupted and told I would need to call back because they were busy. Very unprofessional in my opinion.
