We could not find the bikes. The app brought us to a residential area. Tried asking people for help, no one would or could help. We contemplated trespassing and knocked on doors. We actually had to inform the lady that lives at this listed address that she should contact this company. The only bright side was that it was easy to cancel the rental. Now we just have to keep an eye on our credit cards to make sure nothing sketchy happens.
