Totaled our car and even after contacting them they told us that our policy was canceled and then we were charged for 2 months after the wreck even after contacting them three more times. Got a new truck and they told us we were insured and that we would get an insurance card in the mail, the bank almost took the truck back and we found out that they hadn't insured our truck like they said, yet they still charged us for insurance. Everytime we call they say that they will have an "Eric Cavenough" call us back then we never receive a call and he is so convinently gone every time we call and ask for him. They are difficult, rude, and hang up on you if you try to ask any questions regarding a bullsh** charge. After talking to many others with the local state farm they all have had the same issue.
