They don't mind helping the weaker among us get heavy items into the car. Kudos for not making me feel bad about that!
Getting ready to do cabinets - here I come! They have some builder grade but also pretty upscale gorgeous stuff. No idea about the installers - I have my own for that. Again, if you don't have an installer and aren't the super handiest you can totally mess up a big expense, it's not light changing out a light fixture.
Picked my flooring from there but my goodness, couldn't afford the super high end wood floor at Lowes prices so ordered it brought in from Georgia - I had my own installer already, though, and if you don't you'd have a problem with that. Felt a little guilty about that but it was a huge expense and couldn't afford the extra 30% or so to do it here, sorry Lowes.

Window coverings folks are exceptional - we designed my whole house for shutters and blinds two days before the end of a sale - pricing is determined at time of professional measuring. The two different installers called the next day and measured the one after, making sure I got the sale prices (which were exceptional, btw). Installation went perfectly from both - quick quick quick and both cleaned up after themselves.
Appliance folks do a great job, just ask them before you buy whether the one you're thinking about gets returned often and they will tell you - Lowes has to carry certain brands but that doesn't mean all the brands are reliable, so just ask!
This is my “go-to” place for needs. Most of the staff is helpful. I just witnessed one employee that was off the clock and still helping in the garden department because they had a lot of people come in. I’ve had trouble in the flooring area. Not sure if everyone is trained well enough or just have too much to handle— twice they never called me back and I was the one following up with my order. But for as much as I go, that’s forgivable.
Such a helpful bunch! I tend to need help finding obscure items that I know are in stock because the website told me so. Last week it took us three tries to find something, and the employee went with me, didn't just point and abandon me.
Pretty good lawn stuff and lots of seasonal outdoor stuff year round.

Bought all new kitchen appliances from Lowe's in Gulf Breeze and have had nothing but trouble with the freezer. Even with the extended warranty that I suspect they are trying to exhaust, they do not honor their products. They will direct you to a warranty co. The first repairman told us directly that it is a design flaw - he lost his job! Since then, I have lost count of the number of service calls for the same problem. It is so frustrating! Last repair was last week, he left with it "fixed," guess What? NO ICE!!!! He was back today and now has to order a new part! The repairman has even lost track of how many times he has been here. I would think that after so many calls about the same problem and parts replacement, Lowe's would at the very least, supply us with a different one! I would think they would want to know what the problem is since they sold it to me. Oh, wait, they obviously don't stand behind their product! I am going to start hanging around the appliance dept and warn anyone who even looks their way, to keep moving because it will be the beginning of a huge nightmare for them!
