Called at 4:05 pm and asked if there was a wait and was told no. I asked if I could get on the list and I was told no that I couldn't do call ahead seating although there is a big red sign on the counter that reads CALL AHEAD SIGN IN! Walked in 10 minutes later and was told there was an hour wait. I told them i was just told there was no wait. The girl said she couldn't help who walked in. There was 2 cuts and a color ahead of me. These people didnt just walk in. I was asked if I could come back an hour later and told the girl that was fine. An hour later upon return I was told on would be put on the list and taken when my turn came up. I told the lady i was already on the list. The other girl rudely chimed in that I was rude when i came in a.d didnt give her a phone number. Ive been coming here for years, she knew exactly who I was and has entered us several times with out asking a phone number. Then she told the other 2 stylists I could wait when they asked about cutting my kids hair. She then let 2 of them leave leaving only herself and another girl who was doing a color. I bring 5 family members here every few weeks BUT NEVER AGAIN!
I love Fantastic Sams its fast friendly and they do an amazing job on it!!! My favorite person there is Sumer she does it in a flash and really gives you what you ask for. Shes not one of those people that go oh that's good enough she actually tries to succeed and over achieve to impress her customer.
