Being new to the area, I was unsure of who we could trust to handle our Master Suite Overhaul. Omega Construction and Design was suggested and so we set up a consultation. Drew Dennis, President, arrived on time and was very professional. We hired Omega and were not disappointed in our decision. The Omega team (to include all of the subs) were respectful, professional and did a wonderful job bringing our vision to a reality! Top notch quality and service!! There are other areas of our home that are in need of some updating and we will absolutely be using Omega again!!
Spring 2015 my husband and I decided to have our 1980's master bathroom brought into the 21st century and do a major overhaul. From day one, Drew Chandler walked us through every step of the way. He was great about listening to our ideas & wants and put in countless hours of his time creating 3D renderings of the estimated final project. Through the duration of the project, 1. The Omega crew went out of their way to ensure that the surrounding non-work areas were properly covered and protected as well as the work area. 2. Any and all debris were hauled off and disposed of properly daily. 3. Drew and/or a project manager were on site daily to keep us up to date and make sure the entire project ran smoothly and efficiently. 4. All of the workers and staff were all very respectful, courteous, professional. It was a pleasure working with them and plan to do it again soon...actually, we are already planning our next job!
My experience with Omega Construction was second to none. I chose Omega because of their stellar reputation and the fact that we belonged to the same local Chamber. My initial interaction with the owner, Drew, was very straight forward and put me at ease. He was extremely professional and had some great recommendations for the work to be performed. I ended up choosing some of his ideas and I’m happy to say that I did. The quote for the work was very reasonable. The work crew arrived on time and was professional and experienced. They cleaned up their work site every day and it was as if they hadn’t even been there. I would highly recommend Omega Construction and Design. I was extremely satisfied with the end result. Being a single mom, I am always hesitant that I may be taken in by a contractor. This definitely was not the case. I feel Omega Construction was very honest and did an outstanding job!!
I called to get an estimate on a garage renovation that we will be starting in a few months. The gentleman informed me that this company does not get into "bidding wars" and only gave quotes to guaranteed customers. I informed him that I would pay for the estimate and needed more than one to have a "ball park" figure because I am not an expert in this field. Disappointed in the lack of customer service...
