Dropped off my car for repairs the day that he told me that he would work on it. I told larry that I did not have insurance on the car so I needed it secured. He told me that it would be in the back bay locked up. He actually let the car sit on the side of the road. After one week I visited him and he had nothing done on the car stating that my car was a small job $600-$800 and he had other bigger jobs to get done. So he told me that it would be done on the following Tuesday. I waited till wednesday to go get my car and still nothing was done on it ( 12 days of sitting there). I asked for my keys and they couldn't find them. Larry left the keys in the car the whole time knowing that I didn't have any insurance on it.

I have had Larry Jackson's Auto Repair repair several vehicles, my private vehicle and several we use for business. The first time a brought my car over there. precision tune had previously told me I had about 6 months of wear left on my breaks. It got to the time that my breaks were breaking kind of hard so I figured the brakes needed replacement. I brought my car back to precision tune to have them check it out and was kind of turned off because the manager was kind of a jerk. I brought my car over to Larry and he checked it out and informed me that the brakes were fine and that they just required adjusting. Total bill was $40.00. Have a lot of friends that use him with positive experiences. We now take our business vehicles for maintenance and have been very happy.
