These guys are a bit out of bounds. They'll randomly drive by your house (no kidding) to stop and checkout their vehicle. They can be rude and pushy, and I HIGHLY recommend making them document EVERYTHING!!! They tried to blame me for some damage to a vehicle until I took the to court and proved with time/date/location tagged photos that the damage was pre-existing. They'd already put me on the Do Not Rent lost, and the judge made them remove it, send me an apology, and told them to do something equal, so they offered me 2 free wks in any full size car
The kindest rental car group I’ve ever experienced. I had a pleasure working with Chelsea and Brandi during the time of reservation. Upon arrival to Florida I had transportation scheduled and was picked up by another lady whom I don’t know the name. Very friendly and helpful to say the least. We have rented a car for the three week period in month of July. Car was immaculate and really served our purpose. Without Chelsea I don’t believe we would have experienced such great service and vehicle choice. Many thanks.
